A top performing College
Stafford College students excelled in A-Level and National Diploma qualifications last year. Their achievement per examination entry took the College into the top ten highest-scoring schools and colleges in Staffordshire.
"Behind these results were a lot of hard-working and successful students who fulfilled their potential and progressed to degree courses or the workplace" Stephen Willis, Principal, Stafford College
At Stafford College we believe that working with parents is a vital part of helping students achieve their potential. Together, we can ensure that your son or daughter makes a happy and successful transition from school to college and that they get the best possible preparation for the future. This guide sets out our commitment to you and the part that you can play in supporting the college life of your son or daughter.
Stafford College is where young people set out on their future. We have the largest community of school leavers in the area, with many travelling considerable distances in search of a specialist college for 16-19-year-olds with a reputation for excellence.
Who are our students?
There is no such thing as a ‘typical’ student. Our students might be taking A-Levels or an equivalent vocational course and aiming for university. They might be embarking on degree-level studies with us or taking qualifications that will give them a head start in the workplace. They might dream of a future running their own restaurant, designing for the catwalk, constructing new landmarks or working with children. They share with us, a determination to succeed and a belief that with the right kind of support, we can all achieve our potential
