For over 50 years, Canterbury Christ Church University has been a place which makes a real and positive difference to people’s lives. The University has grown into a community of 20,000 students and staff with three undergraduate campuses in Canterbury, Medway and Broadstairs, extensive postgraduate provision and a thriving research community.
We are also a major provider in the South East for courses which lead to careers in the public services, such as teacher training, policing, health and social care.
We have a strong record for graduates in employment – over 96% of our most recent UK graduates were in employment or further study six months after completing their course*. Many of our courses have been developed with employers to make sure students get the skills and experience needed for their chosen future career, and our Employability and Careers Service offers support in gaining entrepreneurial skills, volunteering opportunities and work experience.
Student life at Canterbury Christ Church University offers something for everyone and each of our campuses have a different flavour - from busy, cosmopolitan city centre to vibrant and relaxed seaside town. Our Canterbury Campus sits on a World Heritage Site, with Kent and the South East of England providing a gateway to the UK and continental Europe the area has lots to offer students and is a popular choice for local, national and international students.
