September seems like such a long way off, but it will be here before you know it! If you have yet to apply for your place at City College, our open day is a great way to learn how we can support you with your career ambitions.
By choosing City College for your future not only are you choosing the College for skills, but you are choosing a provider that cares about your health and wellbeing. We want to make sure there are no barriers to your success so we have support teams on hand to help with mental health, to support healthy lifestyles, to offer advice over funding and finances, and we try to make coming to College as easy as possible with things like free travel between the College and city centre, an onsite foodbank, free period products, a breakfast scheme, and more.
Whether you are aged 16 or 60, City College is open to all who are committed to acquiring new skills for employment, higher education, or even just for you. We have full and part-time study options, and our courses span entry level to full degrees. You can also speak to our Careers team if you have no idea what it is you want to do, and our Apprenticeships team will be also be available to talk you through our latest vacancies.
There are loads of things our current and former students love about City College, including the cutting-edge facilities, highly knowledgeable lecturers and flexible courses that make work or other commitments easy to fit around College. Come and see it all for yourself.
Our open day on Friday 26 August is open to all, not just those who are due to receive their GCSEs the day before. Those of you who are receiving GCSEs this year, we will be on hand to offer advice whatever the outcome, so make sure you stop by between 10.00am and 1.00pm.
You are welcome to just turn up on the day or you can register in advance by completing the form below.
