Our PG open evenings are a great way to find out whether postgraduate study is right for you. You need to know if our courses give you the skills you need; whether continuing in education is an affordable investment; if you will be able to study while you work; and how you can gain access to education if you haven't studied for a while. We can answer all these questions and give you expert advice on all aspects of postgraduate study.

Pioneering futures since 1898
The University of East London has been pioneering futures since 1898: from the 2nd Industrial Revolution through to where we are now, the 4th. We are the leading careers university, dedicated to supporting our students to develop the skills, emotional intelligence and creativity needed to thrive in a constantly changing world.
London is moving east
With campuses in both Stratford and the Royal Albert Dock, we are at the heart of this industrial and creative shift which makes up a powerful global gateway. Our Docklands campus and accommodation is set in a beautiful, dynamic location, right next to the river, with the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) on its doorstep (and free UEL buses running to Stratford). Our students live in stunning surroundings, and are never far from the action and work experience opportunities of central London.
The leading careers university
We work with global organisations to make our courses entrepreneurial, creative and inspirational. Wherever our students want to work – in business, technology, teaching, arts, media, science, sport or the public sector – they will have the skills necessary to adapt to the world of tomorrow, and to be the leaders and pioneers of today.
More and more, employers are seeking workers who possess skills such as emotional intelligence and creativity, the ability to think critically, and undertake complex problem solving. For the academic year 2019/20, our curriculum will include a new Professional Fitness & Mental Wealth programme and Career Passport which will ensure all our students are equipped with the essential skills, competencies, knowledge and tools in high demand by employers and essential to securing a job.
We support our students
University can be a life-changing experience, and we ensure that our students get the support they need along their journey. Our Centre for Student Success has a dedicated Career Coaching team, as well as one to-one advice from our academic tutors, study skills sessions, mental wellbeing support, and peer advice from recent graduates to help students stay on track. We’ll advise and encourage them from the moment they apply to the day they graduate – and beyond.
Join us at one of our upcoming Open Day events to find out more about life at the University of East London.
On the day you’ll be able to meet current students, academic staff and support staff who’ll be able to answer all your questions about studying at the University of East London.
You’ll be able to take a campus tour, view our waterfront accommodation tour and experience interactive and engaging taster sessions.
