Tomorrow’s world is your world. Bring your ambition and an open mind to the University of Kent in 2021 and discover your path. While studying with us, you’ll benefit from our excellent teaching, whether that’s in one of our well-equipped laboratories, a virtual or in-person lecture, a lively seminar or a personal tutorial.
You’ll be inspired at every step of the way as you learn from leading experts, explore the latest thinking, debate the big issues and develop your own ideas at our TEF Gold-rated institution. You’ll also make new friends as part of our inclusive student community; whether that’s with other students on your course or with people you meet at one of the hundreds of clubs and societies we have across our expansive Canterbury and Medway campuses.
Kent is a place that is built on big ideas, a place where students come from near and far to learn and discover; to find solutions and to make life-long friendships. Apply to join our world in 2021 and start building your future. View our full list of courses here.
Safe, Study, Social
At Kent, we’re working hard to keep our students and our staff safe. Our Safe, Study, Social ethos outlines our approach to ensuring that everyone is able to live and work on campus safely. Visit Safe, Study, Social to find out about the safety measures that we have in place, in study areas, our accommodation and other shared spaces; we update these regularly in line with current guidance.
We know that university is about more than just studying, which is why we are also encouraging people to safely socialise. Both of our campuses offer expansive outdoor spaces – we have spacious greens throughout Canterbury and open waterfronts in Medway. We have a sports centre, a cinema, a number of cafés and restaurants and are championing socially distanced outdoor activities such as outdoor cinema.
