The University will be moving to a brand new campus ‘Waterside’ in September 2018 with £330m investment.
University life is spread across two linked campuses, with restaurants, shops, bars, Students’ Union and a range of accommodation options. To ensure you get the very best we have invested millions of pounds in facilities and buildings on both campuses. In September 2018 we will be moving to our brand new campus, Waterside.

Our brand new £330m Waterside campus will be open to our students in September 2018. The campus will transform a 58-acre brownfield site next to the river Nene, right in the centre of Northampton.
Waterside will offer our 15,000 students the chance to learn in a fantastic new environment, in modern facilities with all of the cutting edge technology you would expect. Alongside our academic buildings, our Students’ Union will have plenty of space to offer housing advice, support, entertainment and social activities, and the campus will feature a 32-bed hotel, multi-faith chaplaincy and health centre.
