We’re home to over 8,000 students, of all ages and abilities, studying a broad range of courses, from pre-entry level through to higher education and professional qualifications.
For those aged 16-18: A Level pass rates have been above 95% for the past 15 years, with a number of A Level and Extended Diploma subjects achieving 100% pass rate. But it’s not just about the classroom, you have the opportunity to take part in extracurricular trips, events and volunteering – from completing The Duke of Edinburgh Award or joining a sports team to becoming a Student Union representative. Plus, there is a chance to undertake a work placement as part of your course!
For those looking at part-time or higher education, you could study in the brand new Advanced Skills and Innovation Centre – home of our University Centre and Business School.
We work hard to be at the centre of our local community, delivering what the district needs and students want. Our partnerships with local schools, employers and learning providers transform learning, attainment, achievement and progression across the District, so you can join a broad mix of former pupils from across the region.
