Department of Psychology

We run a single honours undergraduate degree programme and one of the largest offerings of combined honours degree programmes in the UK. All of our 3-year single and combined honours courses have options to start with an additional foundation year or end with a Masters year. The British Psychological Society accredits all our courses.

Our postgraduate provision includes a successful and long-established conversion MSc Psychology for graduates from other disciplines wishing to add to their study of Psychology for The British Psychological Society graduate status.

We believe in a research-informed approach to teaching. Our courses are taught by academics with expertise in diverse fields of psychology. We have state-of the-art research facilities for both staff and students.
