When you arrive you will be introduced to our tutors who will tell you about the courses, and you’ll be able to ask any questions you might have and chat about which course is the right choice for you. One of our students will then take you on a group tour of the facilities. There will be lots of examples of student work, and students working on their current projects. Our Student Services team will be available to talk you through the application process, student finance, accommodation, and support. We know there’s a lot of information to take in when you come to visit, so once you’ve had a tour and spoken to everyone you can grab a brew and a biscuit and mingle with other visitors. And if there is anything you want to see again or you have any more questions, you’re welcome to join another tour or pop back to chat with our tutors. There will also be a designated quiet room available for any visitors that may feel overwhelmed or need a space to sit for a while. Our Open Days run from 12-4pm, tours will run throughout the event so you can join us at a time that is convenient for you. To help plan your day, we find that most people attend for about an hour, but you are welcome to stay longer and talk to our staff and students. If you’re Interested in Film & TV courses, we’d love to offer you a tour of our studio space near Media City! Doors will be open on the same day for tours from 12-2pm. After you’ve finished up, you’re more than welcome to pop over to Riverside and join in the Open Day happenings there. It’s a really relaxed atmosphere, and doors are open from 12-4pm. You’ll still have plenty of time to hop on a guided tour, explore, chat to course leaders and Student Services too. We can’t wait to meet you at our next Open Day!
