Our open day is designed to give you a taste of what it might be like studying at New College of the Humanities, if you are unsure of what subject you would like to study you should attend our subject taster sessions. You will get a tour of our brand-new campus overlooking the iconic Tower Bridge. The day will provide you with an introduction to NCH, student life in London and an insight into your chosen subjects. We hope you and your family will be able to join us. If you can’t come to an Open Day, you can book a personal consultation.
Small by design, New College of the Humanities offers a vibrant, collegiate community delivering broad and academically rigorous degree programmes, designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed after graduation. NCH has developed a reputation for delivering an excellent university experience, exceeding all Russell Group universities for overall student satisfaction in the UK’s National Student Survey for three consecutive years (NSS 2019, 2020 and 2021).
Following the grant of Taught Degree Awarding Powers in February 2020 and its partnership with Northeastern University, the College is expanding its portfolio of degrees to combine its emphasis on the humanities with the exploration of complementary scientific subjects. As part of Northeastern University’s Global Network, students also benefit from new pathway programmes, study-abroad opportunities, research collaboration and alumni scholarships for postgraduate programmes, as well as access to a huge database of digital resources from Northeastern University’s library.
Having recently moved to a brand-new campus in central London, NCH is continuing to grow and develop year-on-year, aiming to offer a fantastic student experience. Overlooking the Thames below, the riverside location boasts stunning views, easy access to other areas of the city and a vibrant waterside community. The new campus has also been furnished with state-of-the-art facilities providing students with everything they need to complete their chosen degree programme.
