Overview of the campus
Come to the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) and you’ll find a thriving hub of collaborative creativity. Based in the UK’s designated Craft Town, our Farnham campus is a vibrant community of artists, designers and creative arts professionals, all of whom will provide a huge amount of support and enable you to create extraordinary, innovative work that opens the door to your future career.
With over 2,000 students, Farnham is the biggest of our campuses and has an incredibly strong community feel. The campus is home to the James Hockey and Foyer Galleries, which host a range of exhibitions by visiting artists as well as our staff, students and graduates.
The campus has an extensive range of up-to-date resources that you can use, including glassblowing furnaces, radio and TV studios, a cinema, darkrooms and metal and wood workshops. You can have an induction in any one of these and include the practices in your work, making UCA Farnham an innovative place to study.
We have been named Modern University of the Year 2019 by the Times and the Sunday Times University Guide. Come and find out why and get a feel for UCA Farnham at one of our next Open Days.
