Everything is located on one campus at Huddersfield, so you’re always just a short walk away from everything you’ll need. You’ll find loads of places to grab a bite to eat or a coffee, as well as plenty of areas to work and study when you need peace and quiet.
The architecture ranges from 19th Century historic to brand new, state of the art buildings and there’s also a working canal that runs through campus, perfect for those downtime moments.
Student Central
Student Central is where it all happens on campus. This £22.5m learning and leisure centre combines access to the Library, computer suites, sports facilities, support services, Students’ Union, shop and eating space all under one roof.

We’ve invested nearly £156 million into campus development and have fantastic facilities including specialist laboratories, studios and performance spaces.
Student support
We offer a friendly and supportive environment for all. Our Student Support services will be there for you when you need them – from practical advice to more intensive support.
Our services cover your personal wellbeing and development as well as academic support and even after you’ve left, we offer careers advice for life.
Students’ Union
The Students’ Union are completely independent from the University and are on campus to offer help and advice as well as running over 100 sports clubs and societies. They are also on hand to offer advice on accommodation, academic and wellbeing matters.
