If you’re planning on living away from home for the first time, or you are moving the UK, you want somewhere to live where you can feel safe, comfortable and happy. We have a wide range of high standard accommodation at our Canterbury and Medway campuses which features CCTV and/or electronic door entry systems and our Campus Security officers are on call 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
The friendly and helpful team in our Accommodation Office can offer advice on choosing and applying for accommodation, and our online system makes it easy when you’re ready to apply. Our students’ union also offers a lot of help and advice when it comes to finding off-campus accommodation and they also host an annual housing fair.
We have 5,400 rooms on-campus set amongst stunning parkland and a wide range of options from houses and flats to traditional college halls of residence. All of the accommodation is furnished and, if you choose a self-catered option, you’ll share a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. If you don’t want to worry about cooking or preparing meals, you can choose one of our part-catered options.
We have 1,100 self-catered en-suite rooms at Liberty Quays, which is about a 15-minute walk from the Pembroke site. You share a furnished flat with between five and eight other students and each flat has a fully equipped spacious kitchen. Liberty Quays is right next to a Tesco Express, Dominos Pizza, Subway and Cargo, our bar and bistro. You can also apply to live at Liberty Quays for each year of your studies.
