The University of South Wales (USW) is in an exceptional part of the UK.
With campuses throughout South Wales, in Cardiff, Newport and Pontypridd you can enjoy all that Wales has to offer. From city life and culture, to stunning beaches and breathtaking countryside.
The University has a reputation for teaching practical, real-life skills which employers want. Teaching is informed by employers and what happens in the workplace. As a result, 95% of graduates are in employment or further study within six months of graduation, which is much higher than the national average (DLHE 2016).
From September to December 2020, the University of South Wales will deliver lectures virtually. There will be a blended and phased return to on-campus learning. Many courses are taught in specialist facilities such as labs, workshops and creative studios. Some of these may run on-campuses and in small groups from September. The University may also deliver other face-to-face activities, safely and in smaller groups. This blended learning approach will ensure we as a university prioritise student safety, as well as providing students with good experiences and high-quality education.
