talk to current students about life at Sussex and in Brighton
get practical advice from our expert staff to make your application to Sussex stand out

Our Open Days run from 9:30am to 4.30pm. We will send you a programme of the day’s events in the weeks leading up to the Open Day to help you plan and prioritise the events that interest you the most. Most talks last around 40 minutes and you can join as many on the day as you’d like. You can also get help from our student ambassadors around campus.
Travel options
Our campus is well connected by public transport, including buses and trains. If you choose to travel to our Open Days by public transport, we’ll plant a tree as part of our sustainability mission.
If you’re driving, you can use parking spaces on campus. Parking is limited, so you’ll need to let us know if you need a space when booking your Open Day place. We will send you a permit in advance, on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to visit Brighton after the event, you can leave your car on campus for the day (vehicles are left the owner’s risk).
