Choose from part-catered, self-catered, LGBTQ+ spaces, quieter flats and many more!
All-inclusive rent makes budgeting easier. Your rent covers utilities, laundry, high speed internet, contents insurance, and a Unilink bus pass for your first year (bus pass available to students in halls in Southampton).
If you're a first-year student and apply by the deadline, we guarantee you a place in halls (check our website for eligibility and full details). It’s a perfect way to ease into university life with the independence of living on your own, but with the reassurance of onsite support whenever you need it.
