Sheffield Hallam has more than 30 different student Halls of Residence. The halls differ in size, from en-suite studios to apartments of eight and nine students. Rent includes wi-fi and bills. Here’s a quick look at three of the biggest accommodation:
The Forge is a modern purpose-built student hall. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and flats are clustered into four, five or six bedrooms. There is a large common area at The Forge which has pool tables and sofas. Each flat shares a kitchen and lounge. You can choose a standard size room, or a large room. Rent costs either £5,104 to £5,236 per year and it is 10-15-minute walk from campus in a busy area with a choice of supermarkets and eateries.
The Pinnacles features all en-suite bedrooms. Flats are arranged in groups of three, four or five bedrooms. It is located close to the main campus and Sheffield train station. Rent costs between £4,796 to £4,928 depending on the size of the room you choose.
Liberty Hall is also a fully en-suite property and is clustered in to three, four, or five bedroom flats. Each flat has a communal kitchen and dining/living area. You can choose either a single bed, a 3/4 bed (the majority of rooms) or a double bed, with prices costing between £4,664 to £5,016.
